Assay Development
G-KnowMe has extensive experience in the development of several cutting edge assays for ultra sensitive detection of nucleic acid signatures in the liquid biopsy. Molecular barcoding of nucleic acids in NGS, qPCR and ddPCR based assays for the detection of circulating DNA and RNA, as well as CRISPR based assays for detecting at a molar concentrations of nucleic acids are some of the examples.
Clinical Data Management
G-KnowMe has in-depth understanding of clinical data management in the oncology domain. We have defined and used common data formats for creating and managing curated clinical datasets for trials, research and analysis. These formats are derived from HL7/FHIR specifications and customized to address specific research problems and clinical trials.
Bioinformatics
G-KnowMe is capable of handling diverse set of bioinformatics projects with different levels of complexity. We have hands-on experience in setting up custom analysis pipelines integrating data from multiple molecular platforms such as DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq/Microarrays, Proteomics, Metabolomics and Pathway analysis. G-KnowMe also builds software solutions for secondary and tertiary data analysis for these platforms; including clinical interpretation and reporting automation tools for Next Generation Sequencing based diagnostics tests.
Artificial Intelligence
G-KnowMe has expertise in development, validation and deployment of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence based workflows in the healthcare domain. G-KnowMe is extensively using its Generative AI based Natural Language Processing(NLP) technology to extract actionable information from unstructured text in clinical trials and Pubmed articles. G-KnowMe also has Optical Character Recognition(OCR) and NLP based workflows to extract clinical information for medical records and Test Request Forms(TRFs)
