G-KnowMe has extensive experience in the development of several cutting edge assays for ultra sensitive detection of nucleic acid signatures in the liquid biopsy. Molecular barcoding of nucleic acids in NGS, qPCR and ddPCR based assays for the detection of circulating DNA and RNA, as well as CRISPR based assays for detecting at a molar concentrations of nucleic acids are some of the examples.
Clinical Data Management
G-KnowMe has in-depth understanding of clinical data management in the oncology domain. We have defined and used common data formats for creating and managing curated clinical datasets for trials, research and analysis. These formats are derived from HL7/FHIR specifications and customized to address specific research problems and clinical trials.
G-KnowMe is capable of handling diverse set of bioinformatics projects with different levels of complexity. We have hands-on experience in setting up custom analysis pipelines integrating data from multiple molecular platforms such as DNA-Seq, RNA-Seq/Microarrays, Proteomics, Metabolomics and Pathway analysis.
G-KnowMe has expertise in development, validation and deployment of Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing based models in the healthcare domain. These models can be used for diagnosis and to predict outcome and treatment options. The models are built using clinical and molecular data, images and text.
